F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin PC Demo
As promised, Monolith has released a playable demo for F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin, allowing you to try out their soon-to-be-released horror-themed first-person shooter sequel. The demo is a 1.76GB download and offers a glimpse at what you can expect from Monolith's horror action game sequel, which hits stores February 10 for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Someone should tell these guys that dark isn't scary. Scary is scary is scary but dark is just bloody annoying! Also someone needs to get some Duracell's for the torch! Seeing as it's soooo very dark I can't comment on the graphics much because you just can't see anything. What I could make out in the gloom was very nice. The sound is good also.
The combat is good, less predictable because the bad guys move if you shoot at them. Don't give them too much time or they will out flank you, the gits!
The first F.E.A.R. had a free to play MP game, fingers crossed they will do the same with this one.
