CoD4 v1.1 Patch!
They didn't waste any time getting a patch out! 402 just posted this info regarding a v1.1 CLIENT side patch at IW forums:
This is a client patch, not a server patch. Players will still be able to connect to 1.0 servers after they update their clients.
