CoD:4 Back-up

Unlike other games we have played with ranks, CoD:4 dose not keep the data on a central server. Instead the info is kept on your PC. This is fine untill you have to reinstall the game or something.

You can back up the profile manually if you like but this simple tool will back it up for you.
