Medal of Honor: Operation Anaconda

It was a few months ago that a rumor surfaced that the Medal of Honor series would be heading to Afghanistan. Well, it now seems as if that rumor holds might be true. Today, French Web site JeuxVideo reported that the next Medal of Honor is to be titled Operation Anaconda, which confirms the Afghanistan part of things. To be more the subtitle refers to the U.S. military operation in which U.S. and Afghan forces targeted al-Qaeda and Taliban forces in Shahi-Kot Valley and Arma Mountains of Afghanistan. Another tidbit in the article claims that the game will features some 60 different customizable weapons. With that said, could we one day see a sci-fi Medal of Honor, since EA seems to be following the footsteps of Call of Duty. Scary.
